Cincinnati Athletics has mobile entry at all of our sporting venues. Now, you won't need to print and remember to bring tickets to the event. Mobile tickets enable you to manage, view, scan, transfer and sell your tickets with the device that's always with you. The mobile ticketing platform was designed in conjunction with Paciolan and allows fans the convenience of managing their tickets with just a few clicks. Bearcats season ticket members and single-game buyers can access their tickets by downloading the official GoBearcats App to their mobile device. The app is available for free on both Apple and Android devices. We have developed a detailed mobile-ticket guide to aid fans in accessing, transferring, and selling their tickets for the upcoming season. Please use the tutorials below for step-by-step instructions on each of the mobile ticketing features. Read the announcment for more information on digital ticketing.   Fifth Third Arena A-Z ENTERING FIFTH THIRD ARENA There are sets of entrance doors located on the east, west, and north sides of Fifth Third Arena. Additional entrance doors are located through the third floor of the Richard E. Lindner Center. Please note, all east concourse gates and one west concourse gate will be open for women’s games. Doors for all men’s games open 90 minutes prior to tip. Doors for all women’s games open 60 minutes prior to tip. THE FIFTH THIRD THIRTY: Are you a Fifth Third Bank cardholder? If so, you can enter the arena 30 minutes before everyone else! Please use the east-side entrance near the Oscar Robertson statue. Be ready to show your Fifth Third Bank card and a ticket to the game!   PROHIBITED ITEMS All bags will be searched upon entry into the facility. Except for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases for binoculars or other items, fanny packs and large purses (larger than 10″ by 10″) are prohibited and banned in Fifth Third Arena. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession is subject to arrest. Alcoholic Beverages Baby Seats Baby Strollers Backpacks Balloons Banners, Signs (unless approved by the athletics department) Beach Balls Cameras (professional equipment with long telephoto lenses) Coolers Containers Explosives Fanny Packs Folding Chairs Food/Beverages Ice Chests Laptops Laser Pointers All Noisemakers (i.e., air horns, plastic horns, whistles, etc.) Pets (with the exception of service animals used by disabled guests) Personal Heaters Video Cameras Weapons   ALCOHOL Alcohol must be purchased inside Fifth Third Arena and will be sold until the 10-minute mark of the second half. Fans must be 21 to purchase beer and identification must be presented upon request. All other alcoholic beverages are not permitted.   ATM LOCATIONS Access ATM machines anytime located on the main-level concourse on the east side behind section 117 and the west side behind section 101.   BOX OFFICE Box office locations open 90 minutes prior to tipoff at the east and west windows of Fifth Third Arena. Children three (3) and under are not required to have a ticket for entrance into Fifth Third Arena for UC Athletics events if they sit on the lap of a ticket holder.   CAMERA POLICIES Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are permitted into Fifth Third Arena. Flash photography is not permitted at any time inside Fifth Third Arena. Video cameras are not permitted in Fifth Third Arena for men’s or women’s basketball games. There shall be no filming of pregame, in-game or postgame activities on cellphones, iPads, or any other electronic device. Note: “Secondary use of any pictures, audio description, film, tape or drawing of the game are the exclusive rights of the NCAA.”   CLEAR BAG POLICY Cincinnati Athletics Clear Bag Policy Fans will be able to bring one clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc-style bag or a clear bag tote no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" – AND a small clutch bag or wallet that is roughly the size of a hand (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") into on-campus events.   This policy will allow entry gates to move more efficiently on game days.   Non-approved bags include backpacks, camera cases, oversized purses and other large bags.   A FULL LIST OF APPROVED BAGS AND NON-APPROVED CAN BE FOUND HERE (PDF)   Fans can purchase approved clear bags, here: University of Cincinnati Bookstore: Clear Stadium Tote CODE OF CONDUCT THE UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI PROMOTES AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE GUESTS, PLAYERS, COACHES AND OFFICIALS CAN ENJOY THEIR GAMEDAY EXPERIENCE FREE FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Obscene or abusive language and/or behavior Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks and/or gestures Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs Irresponsible drinking or behavior Use of tobacco products and/or vaping Inappropriate displays of affection Gang activity; including but not limited to wearing or displaying gang clothing and/or indicia Offensive clothing Any distraction to the progress of the game or event Throwing objects of any kind Occupying any seat without the appropriate ticket Mistreatment of visiting team fans, players, guests, staff, and coaches, including verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation, threatening, or discriminatory behavior, including on the basis of disability, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, parental status (including status as a foster parent), sex, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, military status (past, present, or future), or gender identity and expression. Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers or any other authorized personnel Violations of any University of Cincinnati rules, policies, or procedures, local City of Cincinnati ordinances, or state, or federal laws or regulations Other actions that cause a disruption and/or hinder the enjoyment of the event Any behavior that impairs the safety and/or enjoyment of the event from other guests Any vandalism or damage to University property Committing any of the above listed violations may result in ejection from the stadium, prohibition from attending future events, discipline from the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards, and/or arrest. Guests should immediately report violations of the Code of Conduct using one the following methods: Contact game management, ushers, security personnel or law enforcement officer or use of the venue testing service, if applicable. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance in maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at the University of Cincinnati.   CONCESSIONS A great variety of food items and Pepsi products are available from the concession stands located throughout Fifth Third Arena. All permanent stands accept credit and debit.   SKYLINE CHILI A Cincinnati favorite, Skyline Chili will be sold in three locations of the arena: on the main-level concourse on east side behind section 123 and on the upper-level concourse on the east side behind section 214. It’s also available in Champions Club and sideline and baseline loge boxes. BUFFALO WINGS & RINGS Enjoy Buffalo Wings and Rings, serving bone-in wings, fries on the upper-level concourse on the west side behind section 203.       DESTINATION LOCATIONS THE ARENA CLUB Located underneath the stands on the east sideline, the Arena Club provides a hospitality area offering a cash bar, concessions and a private restroom. THE CHAMPIONS CLUB Located on the main-level concourse, the Champions Club honors the three former Cincinnati men’s basketball head coaches – Ed Jucker, George Wilson and Bob Huggins – who each led Bearcats to Final Four appearances. The club offers complimentary fountain drinks, snacks and private restrooms, cash bar and in-seat service with a view of the court from inside. THE MERCEDES-BENZ COURTSIDE CLUB Located underneath the stands in the north baseline, the Mercedes-Benz Courtside Club salutes Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell, a member of the Wyler automotive family. It serves as the most exclusive hospitality area and is available only to Bearcats fans with courtside seats. THE ARMORY BAR The Armory Bar located on the main-level concourse highlights the history of Armory Fieldhouse, the home of Bearcats basketball from 1954-76. The bar features the original floor from Shoemaker Center. THE QUEEN CITY BAR The Queen City Bar located on the upper concourse features a map of the City of Cincinnati and highlights UC Athletics’ partnerships with MadTree and Rhinegeist. THE OVERLOOK BAR Located on the upper-level concourse, The Overlook Bar overlooks UC Baseball Stadium – home to the Bearcats baseball team – and offer a great place to meet friends before or after games. FIFTH THIRD VAULT Located on the east side of the main-level concourse, the Fifth Third Vault salutes Fifth Third Bank with varying access on game-by-game basis.   DROP-OFF ZONE Fans arriving to games via ride sharing should be dropped off at the Bearcat statue round-about located near the front entrance to Fifth Third Arena. Access Corry Boulevard from Jefferson Avenue take your first right at Champions Avenue near UC Baseball Stadium.   EMERGENCY EVACUATION In case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will assist in directing fans to the appropriate location.   FAN FIRST CENTER The Bearcats Fan First Center is located on the east side of the arena on the main-level concourse behind section 116. In addition to general customer support, fans can join the scholarship fund, purchase future game tickets, or ask about potential seat upgrades in this area. The Fan First Center opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff and will remain open through the conclusion of halftime.   FIRST AID Emergency medical personnel are on duty at each athletics event. Medical personnel can be contacted during an event by notifying the nearest event staff member, usher, or security guard and informing them of the situation and location of the incident. The first-aid center is located on the north side of the arena on the main-level concourse by the Armory Bar.   INCLEMENT WEATHER In the event of inclement weather (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.   LOST & FOUND Found items may be turned over to any Fifth Third Arena Staff Member or Police Officer, or at the Public Safety Office in Edwards Three. Inquiries about lost items should be directed to Fifth Third Arena Staff or Police Officers during the Event, or to the Public Safety Office at 513-556-4925, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at any time thereafter.   NO COURT ACCESS No fans will be allowed on the court postgame.   NURSING SUITE A nursing suite is located on the main-level concourse on the north side behind section 109.   PARKING Men’s Basketball Parking $10 cash parking begins 4 hours before game time Campus Green Garage Woodside Garage ADA with state placard at University Avenue Garage Shuttles will run between Campus Green and Dabney Circle, and between University Circle and Dabney Circle, beginning two hours before game time and one hour after the game.   PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES Patrons with disabilities should contact the UC Athletics Ticket Office so that their needs may be attended to effectively. Cash parking for patrons needing accessible parking is available in University Garage. A state-issued handicap pass is required.   RADIOS Single speaker radios are allowed into the arena only if they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the game.   RE-ENTRY There is no re-entry at Fifth Third Arena.   RESTROOMS Restrooms are located throughout the arena, typically on the corners of both the main-level and upper-level concourses.   SEATING CHART For a seating chart of Fifth Third Arena, please click here.   SMOKING There are no designated smoking areas in Fifth Third Arena.   STUDENT SECTION The UC student sections on the north side of Fifth Third Arena are sections 109-111 while the UC student sections on the south side of the arena are sections 121-123. REGISTER/LOG IN   Student ticket availability for 2021-22 men’s basketball games is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students will need their Bearcat Student ID both when they receive their ticket and when they enter Fifth Third Arena on gameday. All students will be issued a wristband for either the north or south side student section which must be worn at all times.   TEAM SHOP The Bearcats Team Shop powered by Under Armour is located on the main-level concourse on the east side behind section 115. Merchandise will also be available for purchase during select women’s basketball home games. Merchandise is always available for sale online at http://shop.gobearcats.com.   TICKETS All persons, excluding children three years of age and under who do not require a seat, must have a ticket for admission to the arena. To purchase tickets, call 1-877-CATS-TIX or visit www.gobearcats.com/tickets. All Fifth Third Arena ticket offices will open 90 minute prior to tipoff. Lost/Forgotten Ticket Office Pregame Hours Ticket offices and the east and west sides of Fifth Third Arena are also available to assist fans with lost/forgotten tickets and those with ticket scanning issues.     TICKET SCANNING All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the UC Athletics Ticket Office.   WILL CALL A photo ID is required for all will call pickups. We also recommend that you bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets. The person ordering the tickets MUST be the person that picks up the tickets, unless alternate arrangements are made with the UC Athletics Ticket Office prior to gameday.   MEN’S BASKETBALL WILL CALL General Will Call (Tickets purchased through the UC Ticket Office) Location: East side arena ticket office Hours: Opens 90 minutes prior to game time.   Cincinnati Player/Guest Entrance (Tickets left by Cincinnati men’s basketball players, coaches & staff) Location: Inside east entrance Hours: Opens 90 minutes prior to game time.   Visiting Team Player/Guest Entrance (Tickets left by visiting team players, coaches & staff) Location: The visiting team/guest entrance for all games will be located at an outside ticket window on the east side of Fifth Third Arena. Hours: Opens 90 minutes prior to game time.   Media/Scout Will Call (All Credentials requested from the media through Cincinnati Sports Communications) Location: Floor level outside of media room in southeast corner of arena. Entrance underneath baseball stadium scoreboard. Hours: Opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff.   WOMEN’S BASKETBALL WILL CALL All will call is located on the East entrance of Fifth Third Arena 60 minutes prior to game time.   SEATING LOCATIONS CHAMPIONS CLUB SEATING AREA (103-105) Located on the west sideline off the main-level concourse, these seating areas offer access to the Champions Club’s complimentary fountain drinks, snacks and private restrooms, cash bar and in-seat service. COURTSIDE SEATING AREA Located at court level on the west side of the floor, this seating area offers exclusive access to the Mercedez-Benz Courtside Club with private restrooms and complimentary all-inclusive food and beverage. THE INCLINE SEATING AREA (208-212 & 220-224) Located at the north and south baselines off the upper level (500 level) this area features cantilevered seating over the Ruckus student section. These chairback seats provide comfort in an energetic atmosphere with an incredible view of the action. Seats on the north baseline are located directly in front of the 400-level beverage stand, while the south baseline offers easy access to the southwest corner stand. BASELINE LOGE BOXES (209-211) Located on the north baseline off the upper-level concourse, these seating areas offer a four-seat, private, open-air box featuring a flat-screen monitor and mini fridge with in-seat service and access to the Champions Club and amenities. SIDELINE LOGE BOXES (103-105) Located on the west sideline off the main-level concourse, these seating areas offer a four-seat, private, open-air box featuring a flat-screen monitor and mini fridge with in-seat service and access to the Champions Club and amenities. PREMIUM SEATING AREAS (115-117) Located on the east sideline off the main-level concourse, these seating areas include the first seven rows near midcourt behind the team benches and offer access to the Arena Club which includes a cash bar, concessions and private restrooms.
